1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to legal residents of the Philippines, aged 18 and above. Participants must be residing in the Philippines within the campaign and travel period as stated here. Employees from Beiersdorf Philippines, Mckenzie Distribution Co. and Zero-In Concept and Production and their relatives up to the first degree may not participate in the raffle promotion.

2. Entry: Participants must make a minimum purchase of ₱500 worth of NIVEA products to qualify for a raffle entry. Each entry must comply with the raffle rules.

   • Purchase must NOT include bundle packs (Buy 1 Take 1). If receipt includes bundle packs, the qualified products should still amount to the minimum purchase.

   • Offline and online purchases are qualified. Participants must take a clear photo of their receipt that shows their NIVEA item/s purchased, amount, and date purchased.

   • The customer must keep the original and physical copy of their valid receipt for claiming prizes.

   • Purchase must be done within the promo period (October 10 - December 10, 2024).

3. Prizes: Winners will receive one of the following prizes:

   • Trip to South Korea  (scheduled from January to March 2025) for 3 days and 2 nights

   • Apple Watch SE Sport Loop (2nd Gen, 2023)

   • Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C)

   • MacBook Air M2 256 GB

   • iPhone 15

   • Marshall Stanmore III Bluetooth Speaker

   • NIVEA Products (4 separate winners for NIVEA product packages)​

4. Visa Application: For the trip to Korea, NIVEA/Beiersdorf and its activation agency, Zero In, will assist with the visa application process if required. However, visa issuance is subject to the embassy’s approval, and NIVEA/Beiersdorf will not be held responsible for any denial of visas.

5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or other forms of compensation.

6. Approval: All raffle entries and winners are subject to approval by NIVEA/Beiersdorf. The company's decision is final and binding.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on December 16, 2024, through the official NIVEA website and social media channels. They will also be notified via email and SMS. Prizes must be claimed between December 16, 2024, and January 16, 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Grand Prize Claiming and Extension: Upon claiming the grand prize between December 16 and January 16, 2025, the winner can request to extend their stay in South Korea beyond 3 days and 2 nights. However, NIVEA/Beiersdorf is not responsible for any costs outside the prize package including but not limited to flight rebooking, Visa extension, or extra accommodation.

9. Disqualification: Any form of cheating or violation of these terms will result in disqualification from the raffle.

    • December 13 (Grand Raffle): Gift Packs (4), Trip to South Korea for 2

11. Claiming Prizes: Winners must pick up their prizes at Watsons in SM North EDSA or SM MOA, whichever is applicable. The winner should shoulder the expenses for shipping, should he/she chooses to have the item delivered.
